The hotel needs some updates to the rooms. It's very humid in Panama City but no matter how cold you try to keep the room, the floors will still be damp as well as the linen having a damp feel to them. It gets worse after a shower. The room had very poor lighting in key areas (outside the closet, near the hallway mirror). The platform that the bed sat on was dirty and so was the inside of the mini fridge. Luckily for me, I travel with some type of cleaning supplies. None of the bars or the nightclub seemed to ever be opened. I did stay at the beginning of the week, I'm not sure if that made a difference in the hours of operation. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful when I had questions. With some updates, this could be a very nice boutique type hotel in my opinion.

I had a wonderful stay! The buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The bed was super comfy, and the modern room was both stylish and functional, complete with a mini fridge for added convenience. Free valet parking was a great bonus, and the location couldn't be better—close to restaurants and shopping areas. The pool on the terrace was a highlight, providing a relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful view. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful. Megapolis mall was somewhat empty. Not a lot of stores operating. However the Multiplaza Mall nearby was excellent.
