Staff is super friendly. Hotel is clean but older, rooms have been updated but there is a crack in the window and the safety latch so nobody can enter when you’re in the room was missing. Not a big deal because the hotel is pretty safe and I’m not the worried type and I had no issues.

The view was fabulous. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had at any resort or restaurant. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again & recommend it to anyone asking.

This was my fiancé and I first time traveling to Panama City, PA. She researched and booked this trip via Expedia. We flew in on an American Airline flight and was going to catch an Uber to the hotel but the cellphone service wasn’t working as efficient as it did in the states. We were approached by a yellow taxi driver who quoted us $35 for the ride to our hotel. We agreed and started our ride. Once outside the airport area I was able to get cellular service and I then checked the price on Uber which showed $17. I then renegotiated the price to $25 and he agreed. We arrived at the hotel before check in and was told our room was not ready. The hotel staff advised they could secure luggage for safekeeping until our room was ready. We did so and explored a breakfast and Starbucks spot. We finished our breakfast and coffee and returned to the hotel. Our room was ready as promised. This room was awesome. The view was stunning. The panoramic view of the city was breathtaking. Out room was on the 15th floor overlooking the city. At night the glittering lights were simply magnificent. The staff over our duration went out of their way to accommodate and customer satisfaction was beyond reproach. This establishment provides a full course breakfast daily. There was so food to choose from. You can choose healthy or unhealthy options. We were really pleased with the options offered. This cut down on our overall food expenses.

The rooms were recently renovated so that was a nice change from the last time we were there, and the free breakfast buffet really is wonderful. The staff for breakfast was friendly and efficient, the service for other meals was pretty slow, but the food was decent. I did have to ask for my VIP bottle of wine, so just be aware they probably won’t offer it at check in. The hotel interior aside from the rooms seems pretty dated, but all in all would recommend this hotel for the updated rooms and delicious breakfast.

We were so confused trying to find the location based on the map... it's a little bit hidden. We couldn't believe the view! the windows in this hotel rooms are amazing. They had very nice staff we had a nice drink in the bar but we couldn't figure out the dinner option there so we went to Market. I would stay here again.my room was clean and the bathroom was great, best shower I had on my whole vacation.

The room we had was clean and well adorned. Plenty of seating for 2 people. Some of the lights were a little bit dim but all in all it was fantastic. The breakfast buffet every morning was great.
