I like the location very much as it is easily accessible to punta Paitilla and punta pacifica. I visit panama at least twice a year and always I say in this property bc it’s close to where my relatives live. The room was cleaned daily and was comfortable the service is very good. They can improve breakfast providing more selections of fruit. Had issues with the Internet few times but they fixed it. Overall I recommend this property.

Lovely view and great breakfast spread . Loved the ten days I spend there . Very accessible and amazing hospitality. They even got us a cake free of cost for a birthday celebration. I would recommend anyone visiting Panama to stay at plaza Paitilla inn.

LOVE THIS PLACE
I've been staying at the Hotel Paitilla for over 20 years. I have property in Bocas del Toro. It has a great location, very friendly staff, very good restaurant . . . especially the weekend dinner buffet and the views of the bay and city are amazing. This has become my home away from home!

This hotel was a very nice surprise. The hotel staff was always friendly and respectful. From the moment you arrive, staff make you feel welcome. The room have a expectacular view of the bay. Breakfast was excellence with a lot of choices. We will definitely recommend this hotel and we will come back.

Went pretty well but watch the hotel bar. The buy one get one free daiquiris are NOT buy one get one. My husband and i maed the purchase and the guy gave us a bill for $32. So dishonest. Whats worse was we requested drinks with no ice and got less than half a cup. When we questioned the buy 1 get one w the manager, he didnt speak to us but his employee and told him to give us a little more so the guy added a little more to one cup. Had i been thinking, I would have told them to keep them all. Lesson learned. Dont trust buy one get one. You WILL PAY THE PRICE FOR IT.
