Economical and convenient location in El Cangrejo. Staff was excellent and attentive. Great pool but need to have more than a few pool chairs for multiple groups to enjoy it. Lobby bar was never open, but staff from restaurant was very attentive to come over and take drink orders. Limited TV availability and kept going in and out throughout stay for no apparent reason. Overall hotel is worth a visit for location, price, and staff.

The property is very modern and for the price it was much more than I expected. It has a full gym very nice pool and the hotel is very clean. There were a couple minor things that I would share that I hope management will address. The AC in room 404 makes a very loud noise every time it turns on which wakes you up at night. The pool table green is torn up and needs replacing. The Ice machine on floor three does not work.

The staff was very friendly. My issue is there is no manager on duty to resolve issues that need to be escalated. I became very sick from eating at the hotel. There was some food contamination or someone didn’t wash their hands. I was sick from both ends for a week and required 2 pharmacy visits. No one from the hotel got back to me and I was not compensated for the food nor the extra night I had to stay because I could not leave. I was in the bathroom every hour for over 24 hours. I called and left a message for the owner and have yet to receive a call back. The room was nice. The built-in fixture was not very useful and easy to trip over. I had some small bugs in my bathroom (king suite). Restaurant and service staff were very friendly. Front desk staff I rate a 6 out 10. Location was 5 out of 10. Safe area and plenty options to walk around and eat. Centrally located. At night prostitution was nearby. Safe, but not a area I would stay at with kids. Good for singles and couples.
