we arrived at the property and we didn’t even have towels in the room, we ask for some and we got dirty towels plus the hot water was not working and it was a strong smell in the room, we decided to leave, the worst hotel experience that we ever had; not recommended at all

The room was old cold and unappealing. Capet was dingy and the the furniture were defaced and tattered. I was shocked honestly from what was advertised and what i actually found. I immediately asked for a different room, which was by far an improvement. At that stage i was happy to spend the night to leave in morning.

My room smelled bad moldy. My door lock was broken. The breakfast buffet was a joke and the room temperature was too hot. Their casino was closed.I canceled for good reason and went somewhere else. I went to Central Park, Hotel and Casino. Plus, I use your expedia app to do that. I would like a refund for my remaining days because I only stayed there one night. No one answers the phone and refusing request.

Honesty, we never got batheing towels the 7 nights we stayed. We had to keep calling for drying towels. Restaurant had no microwave and baby roach was crawling in the barhroom and in the bed. However, the staff was really friendly and welcoming but i would not stay there again.
