The hot water was luke warm at best, the carpet throughout the building needs to change as it smells old and musty, a bigger shower head for the bathroom is recommended, higher water pressure as it was very low. I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.

This property is in a great location and has comfortable beds. The elevators and key cards are difficult to use which made getting to and from our room frustrating. The rooms were not stocked properly with towels and supplies.

The hotel is located in a prime area, and that, besides their pool, is the only thing salvageable from my stay. The gym was acceptable until I saw a roach. There were no towels or paper towels to clean the machines after using them and NO A/C.. imaging training in a sauna. Towels were limited to 2 per room, and I was in a JR suite. They changed my towels and didn't leave any. I called to request 4, and they told me they only provided 2. LMAO. JR Suites should have 2 TVs, well mine only one in the living room, and a empty space in the room. No water included in the rooms.

The staff was amazing.. the room was perfect.. they are a little outdated n carpet could have been shampooed but the STAFF!! 5 stars! Everyone was the best professional friendly accommodating n personable!! I will stay here many more times as I visit Panama yearly!! I loved the Marbella area.. the location is perfect for a Panama first time visitor!

First I must say. Check in and out was pretty much easy, The hotel staff are pretty nice and courteous, But the room's smell like mode, And the carpet are stained. I was sick for the last 3 days because I have very bad allergies, Because of the air quality, Therefore if you have bad allergies like me it's not the place for you, And also the breakfast I did not enjoy. Very little Choices for Breakfast. The only thing I believe that was cooked from scratch was the eggs, Too much processing food for me,
