Friendly and helpful staff
The staff at panama central are all very helpful and accommodating...the pancake breakfast was a real treat! They were also kind enough to look after my luggage when I went to San blas for 2 days, at no extra charge. Nice outdoor patio to sit on, large bunk beds and fantastic kitchen facilities ...recommended if you need a cheap hostel stay in panama

Sehr nette staffs, das Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt, leider kein Bett neu bezogen. Der cheff ist ein AC fan und verbietet nachts die Fenster zu oeffnen, egal ob man allein schläft und gar kein AC mochte. Sonst aber sauber, nett und zentral.
