Staff member Nelson was very nice and provided excellent customer service on the 8th floor. I truly appreciated their kindness, professionalism, and helpful attitude. Thank you, Nelson, for making my experience a positive one!

While all of my answers are "excellent" I was a bit disappointed with the fact that my first-floor "view" room actually looked directly into the back of the main entrance signage and flag postings. For a five day stay I was hoping for a better view.

The property is an older timeshare and dated.

This was a good stay, great location, close to so many shops, restaurants, and train! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately the hotel room walls are so thin that you can hear someone coughing in the next room. As a result, my sister and I had a negative experience, where the guests in the next room banged on our connecting wall so hard, loud, and obnoxiously, shouting at us to be quiet!! It was 7am and we were having a normal inside voice conversation!! We had also heard their talking the night before but understood that — it’s a hotel. It happens. I called the front desk and the guests were moved to another room — the staff was helpful in this regard. I probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the thin walls that can cause issues with other guests, otherwise, no issue with the hotel.
