Very impressive

We were warmly welcomed by Kaley (hope I remember and spelled correctly), Shr kindly offer to help with the luggage and accompanied us to the room, explained in details every amenities in the room( the Nespresso coffee machine and capsule, the varieties of black team and coffee bag( not instant coffee) , the electric shower, etc. the room was very clean and with modern decoration, there are full set of shower things. I felt very cozy and safe. A bit regret that we only stayed one night.

Location is great, two days i didn't move the car, because everything is so close, the subway is super efficient. Clean rooms, well kept. Yes, the window was small, but it's ok, considering the building itself is part of Glasgow's urban scenery :)

The staff was wonderful. The man at the front desk helped us with the parking, our tour directions and he was so welcoming. The hotel had a central location. It was clean and comfortable. We also ate a delicious breakfast there. I would stay here again.

Lovely spacious room with comfortable bed. Within walking distance of city centre. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
