We stayed at Aspen Suites the night before our flight home. The hotel is located about a 5 min drive from the airport (or about 10 min walk if you can’t find a cab). Excellent staff, easy check-in. Clean common areas and clean, spacious rooms. The room has a kitchenette and full-sized fridge, a couch with table, and clean, comfortable bed. We had large boxes of frozen fish and the hotel has a deep freeze for storage. The rooms have A/C! That’s a big bonus for summertime travel, most hotels in Juneau do not. The only “drawback” is it is not near downtown Juneau, but Ubers are plentiful and the ride cost about $20. This is hotel is clean, the staff is great, and it’s very convenient for the airport, and the A/C in the rooms is a huge plus. Very fair for the price.

The staff was helpful at check in. The elevator was pretty sketchy, but the room was clean. There is no A/C but there is a fan in the closest

Stayed 2 nights. Checked in late afternoon and didn't realize until the next day ac unit wasn't blowing cold air. Phone on nightstand wasn't connected to wall outlet. There was no wall outlet available due to remodel contractor deleting it! Second night was very warm and maintenance supervisor went to Costco and bought 2 fans. Requested a different room but they were overbooked.

The silver bow Inn is a little jewel in Juneau. Although old, it has been updated and made very charming with little touches like custom wallpaper, and every amenity you could want. The only drawback is having to carry your luggage upstairs, but if you can do that this is the hotel to stay at.

Room was clean. A little loud with noise from road on the waterfront rooms.

Room smelled heavily of urine. Couldn’t switch my room, they were fully booked. The two nearest hotels were fully booked as well, it was 11:30pm so I didn’t bother trying to book downtown. It really sucked paying over $300 to sleep in a room that smelled like that. The guy at the front desk was helpful though, he let me bring a bottle of Lysol back to the room to spray it down a few times before bed. My options for a morning shuttle were 2.25 hours before my departure or arrive 20 minutes before departure so I ended up walking to the airport, not a bad walk in the summer.

Great option for a few nights in Juneau. Walking distance to the airport, but they offer a free and convenient shuttle to take you there as well as down town. Glad we chose this property!
