I booked an ADA accessible room, but was informed upon arrival that there wasn't any. Not any available, but not any at all. The ramp to go down to get to the room was partially blocked by vending machines in 2 places. Breakfast was basically no existent. Our family had 4 rooms booked with a total of 10 people (9 adults). The hotel provided 12 mini muffins, 2 slices of raisin bread, 2 bagels, 3 pieces of plain bread, and some dry cereal total for all the guests. Then there was a towel wedged outside a room door for at least 4 days. IDK what that was all about. And all 4 family members rooms were smelly and dirty (hair in bathroom, dirt on floor, toilet dirty, ECT). The windows had pieces of PVC pipe laying in a dirty track as a lock. Definitely will be making different arrangements the next time we travel.

Great

Ok

The two women in working in the office . as the Housekeeping staff were , great were fantastic. This is an old property that needs a lot of renovation. I stayed in the same room two years ago, and the light was still broken, the bathroom fan stilldid not work, the telephone did not work, the door to the room had gaps not on the bottom as if they had been chipped away at and there was a very musty smell in the room. On the positive side, the breakfast was nice, the staff were super friendly, I did not ask for a change in accommodation, but this property significantly needs cleanup.. I do not fault the staff for this at all, but this is not what I'm used to in a Wyndham property.
