Location of property was great, but apartment was like a green house, much needed fans are not present. Fridge door didn’t close so I spent time removing chunks of ice out of fridge and fixing seal. Freezer is in desperate need of defrosting can’t fit anything in due to build up of ice Fruit flys all over kitchen crawling in cupboards. Tap has a leak, mould on skirtings in livingroom. My daughter has bruises all over legs from the bed. Balcony tiling loose and dangerous. En-suite toilet has a blockage of some sort. Pay a deposit for damages when unfortunately damages are visibly present already so bit cheeky. There was cigarettes been stubbed out on balcony wall. Sofa needs a good clean. Good parking facilities. For price cleanliness needs a major overhaul. Welcome pack was cleaning cloths dish soap and bin liner also rather cheeky when place was dirty

This hotel is clearly the best in Llandudno. Great location and It’s well renovated and staff are very friendly and helpful. The food we preferred was really good especially the seafood linguini and the mussles. Beds are comfy and very clean sheets. Bathrooms well renovated and in perfect working order. Breakfast is ok very crowded and coffee too weak and not hot enough. Parking is plentiful all around the hotel and with a blue badge you can park for free all the time. The beach across from the hotel isn’t the most pleasant it’s better to drive to colwyn bay to swim when the tide is in.

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Fantastic luxury hotel, great food and service

Enjoyed my stay. Food was excellent. Nice and quiet with beautiful views of the Menai Straights ☺️

Absolutely beautiful place with lovely helpful staff.. Highly recommended. I had to ask for a couple of breakfast items that had run out but they were quickly brought so no complaints!
