Great hotel that has the potential to be even better. The food was incredible, and the decor was warm and inviting. Staff could be warmer and more welcoming to visitors, but overall it was a great stay.

Nice property , great location

The only reason it is 1-Star is because I can't give zero stars. Specific issues: - took the driver 1/2 hour to get to the airport and pick us up. As he was pulling onto the highway (Not wearing a seatbelt), he took a call on his hand-held cellphone (illegal in PA) from a buddy who needed to be picked up. So he doubled back to the airport to pick her up. It was over an hour from the time I called until the time we got to the hotel - The desk staff went out of their way to be rude to me and other customers. She even placed a personal cell phone call while she was checking me in! - There was not enough towels or shampoo in the bathroom for the 3 people in the room. The desk person quite rudely told my wife that we would have to come to the desk to get the towels, but that there was no shampoo available until housekeeping arrived, which was after our departure time, so we were out of luck. When my wife went to the desk shampoo was found, but the attitude was ridiculous. As my wife walked away, the woman said: "What does she think this is the Marriott?" My wife went back and said, no, but even here I expect common amenities. She asked for the manager or general manager's name and was refused because that's privileged info. - I was having issues with the AC and the sink in the room wouldn't drain. The desk person pointed out my error is setting the AC, but then walked out, saying with his head turned that he couldn't do anything about the sink. No apology, nothing.

Great location

This is our go to hotel when we need to stay somewhere in Philadelphia. It is conveniently located and the staff is wonderful. Highly recommend

I was greeted by their very friendly front desk staff. We stayed in a king suite. The room was immaculate, the kitchen was immaculate. The restaurant downstairs is top-notch. Will be staying there every time we go to Rittenhouse. My only complaint is that across from the toilet there’s a clear glass shelf. That shelf is not placed well. My husband and I both hit our heads on it. I put my red shirt on the shelf so that it was more visible to us and we stopped hitting our heads lol but other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel. We travel frequently and for this to be the only thing that I can say about a hotel is rare.
