I was happy to be able to use the fitness room which had 3 machines; I used 2 and both worked well. I was surprised there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room; perhaps I should have expected that? Otherwise the stay was fine.

Room was very comfortable and quiet. Daily housekeeping without begging for it and they did a super job. Very clean and well-stocked. A woman named Rhiannon who is in the bar/restaurant was particularly kind and attentive, supplying me with a large container of ice water for my room as I was ready to walk to my room from the restaurant. As I told her, she helped to make this the best hotel experience I have had in at least five years. And I travel often! Would like to stay here again due to the great staff.

The room was extremely comfortable and we loved how quiet it was. The parking was a little confusing, but we fortunately found on street parking that was free after 9pm and free on Sundays. The thermostat didn’t work properly; could not adjust the temp, and AC was on, but it was too cool in the morning so we turned it off. Not a huge problem, just a minor detail. There is a lot of construction downtown; just an fyi.

only one of three elevators work for the entire time and the one that did work was generally unavailable and very time-consuming so I ended up taking the stairs more than 50% of the time which can be very difficult after a major surgery or based on other conditions. The staff was very nice. But of course they could do nothing about it.

Great property my only negative was the parking. The parking was very tight & some people were taking up 2 spots. Also on the site it said parking was free when we got to the property we were told there was a $25 parking fee.
