Room waa dirty, staff was not friendly, air conditioner leaked all over the floor, parking lot was in horrible shape, there were no amenities

Jackie was amazing. She was very informative and helpful. Great communication. The room was really comfortable. And breakfast was great.

The room was not as described. We booked a standard room with 2 queen beds. These were NOT queen beds. They were FULL beds, which was disappointing as I would have booked another hotel, had I known that. Other things to note, there’s no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, you’ll be taking the stairs. The free breakfast is pretty sad. You’re using community items (shared a falling of milk, orange juice and apple juice); that was something I’ve never seen. Sir conditioning in the room was cold, but when we arrived was off, so our room was VERY HOT. I do realize it’s a super 8, so you get what you get, but at least I’d like the room I paid for.

This hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. I’ve stayed here twice in the past week and everyone I encountered was kind and helpful.

Clean room, good breakfast, pool was okay. TV selection was good, WiFi worked well. Solid place to stay.
