Hilton member here and unfortunate experience. Our toilet had not been cleaned and was SO dirty! With kids, we were already settled by the time we saw it, and no way we were gonna wait for someone to come, so my husband just cleaned it himself. We got a very large suite which was nice - and the reason we choose the hotel. But definitely older, girls complained about the not comfy blankets. Breakfast is good, just not the cleanest and not everything replenished. Overall ok, but would choose something else next time in Hershey.

The air conditioner wasn't working properly and after 5 days no one came to check after me calling every day my daughter developed severe bacterial infection .the hotel refused to let us stay longer so my daughter can get better they refused to take responsibility and I heard several other people had the same issue

Room was not cleaned room smelled like mold. Daughter was getting bit by something unknown in the bed within an hour of going to sleep. Our access cards didn’t work and we had to be let in and out by staff

We stayed 3 nights breakfast was horrible all 3 days. Had to ask for simple things like toilet paper and our pillow cases changed room was never cleaned even after their 3 day policy. Staff- she was so helpful and kind. Super polite person only good experience about my stay

It was rather warm in the breakfast area. We don't know if the AC was out or if it was because of the equipment being used for breakfast.
