Pine Grove Vacation Packages

We only stayed for one night due to it being a short trip, the staff was very nice and helpful, room and bed was clean, I loved how it had black out blinds and curtains. Only downside was the tub was a little dirty, the toilet seat was broken on one of the henges, and I would recommend bringing your own bath towels, I’m a small girl but even the towel barely wrapped around my body.

The photos on Hotels.com are misleading. The exterior shots are mostly of the attached restaurant Loxley's, not the Heritage Hotel itself. The restaurant is wonder and is the saving grace of this otherwise fine but not outstanding hotel. Room cleaning was bizarre and unfinished. One day they gave us fresh trash bags but did not remove the full ones from the room (we placed them in the hallway and they were not removed for hours). Another day, they made the beds but left crumpled tissues on the beds. One in our party took the top blanket/comforter from the other bed because they were cold. In all the days we were there, housekeeping made the beds and then tossed the borrowed sheet back on top. We would have understood if they folded it back onto its original bed or just folded it up and left it on the end of the other bed, but just tossing it across the bed, partially lying on the floor, was disappointing to see. Shower struggled to get hot water for a whole shower. The location of this hotel is phenomenal; everything we wanted to do in Lancaster (downtown area, Bube's Brewery, Jason's Woods, Dutch Wonderland) were all 20-30 minute drive away. All in all, it wasn't the experience we expected based on the photos and housekeeping was disappointing but it suited our needs for our vacation and Loxely's restaurant is really good; recommend going there for the restaurant alone.

Beautiful property with interesting artwork. Great hot showers, comfortable beds, nice breakfast

The room was clean and breakfast was good. Just wish the tub sides were a little lower and there was a safety bar higher on the wall.
