Pine Valley Vacation Packages

It’s very basic but safe and clean.

Property was great. Very close to Zion and right in the middle of Springdale. Hosts checked in email everyday and answered any questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

I'll start at the beginning. The road to get to the campground is rough and rocky, so keep it in mind if you have a smaller car. We stayed in the covered wagon and it was well marked. Plus the host sent us a message letting us know exactly where it was plus the door code. The door code was very generic and probably could've been guessed by other people staying that night plus the host said it very loudly as she greeted us. I still rated highly but think they need to be more creative with the codes. The bathrooms were farther away from the covered wagon. Covered wagons do not have a bathroom or a mirror so plan accordingly. The pathways to the covered wagons is quite steep and narrow. I am pretty sturdy on my feet but if your carrying a lot of luggage it can be challenging. Very beautiful place, amazing scenery and we woke up to roosters and GOATS roaming the property!

This place is great, the staff is great, the amenities are great. As of October 2026, the whole complex appears to have been built sometime in the last two weeks, so it all has that new cabin smell. Showers and bathrooms are immaculate. Even the other people we met that were staying here were super friendly. But- $350/night is outrageous for what is essentially a bare-bones bunk-beds cabin with no plumbing. Even the pool and the hot tub cannot account for that. So personally, I am feeling a bit ripped off, and it has left a bad taste in my mouth. We could have (and should have) booked something 15 minutes further down the road and saved $400, and just drove an extra 15 minutes to Zion.

So AWESOME...highly recommend this for your family or a romantic getaway. we had five in our wagon, two teenagers and an 11 year old, plus two parents. It was GREAT...

Amazing stargazing at night time. Very quiet and peaceful. Good distance between other guests. Well stocked facilities. During the rain, water leaked into tent around A/C unit which is completely understandable with the set up. A/C worked amazing during the day. Instantly cools the tent. 10/10 would book another stay.

What a rad place to stay! The clubhouse is so nice and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The entire property is very well maintained and was a perfect spot for our family to stay for a couple days while hiking in Zion. Also the coffee was amazing!! Will absolutely be back!
