The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was simple but good. The property is a little dated, but overall the stay was pleasant.

My biggest complain was the place didn’t not have a large enough hot water tank to even fill the soaking tub w 1/4 hot water. If you are going to advertise a soaking tub, have a large enough hot water tank to make it useful and relaxing.

We appreciate that people who are handicapped get free valet parking. Beautiful view from our room of the lake and fall foliage.

We were very disappointed that the pool was not up and running the four nights that we were there. We had reserved this resort because there would be an indoor pool for our grandkids. Although, to their credit, the manager was very understanding and reimbursed us the resort fee. In addition, the front desk was extremely helpful in getting us rooms close together, which took some time and work. We would definitely stay here again because of the helpfulness of the management and staff.

Love this hotel! Clean, quiet and close to everything in Branson. The pool and spa are beautiful. Well maintained. I always stay here when I’m in Branson.

Nice property, no hand soap, very little hot water, tub outdated, small tv in living room, but will still comeback.
