The hot springs pool was amazing. I loved the courtyard area. It was peaceful to sit out there and read. The rooms are basic but clean. Beds are comfortable. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner or you’ll have to use the provided body wash as shampoo. I loved the short walk to town. And coffee and tea in the lobby was nice to have.

Clean room. Great location. I'll repeat that, great location. Right next to the river and the walking trail. It is about 1 mile from the downtown, so if you are older like me, it is not walking distance. The town has some good bars and restaurants. Beware the ocassional bear.

Property is relatively expensive, but that is a fact of Ouray. Pleasant setting with adjacent water stream. Excellent location. We had minor maintenance issue (water heater) that was quickly and satisfactorily resolved.

Kitchen was well stocked and very clean

We loved our room with a beautiful scenic view and comfortable king size beds. Nick was delightful and well-informed.The complimentary breakfast voucher to the local Mexican restaurant, Mi Mexico, was extraordinary. We enjoyed walking into town and hiking to Box Canyon from our room.
