Excellent location

We went to Santa Fe for a concert at the Lensic. The hotel was clean, the drinks at Cava were wonderful, the food at Agave was delicious. We had a wonderful experience.

3 blocks walk to The Plaza. Clean, spacious rooms, pleasant & pretty patio. Free parking. We were very pleased.

Clean room, great air conditioning, great view, and plenty of room. Staff was great!!

Beautiful 1-bedroom condo with all the amenities. Super excited to have a washer/dryer unit in our condo to catch up on laundry after 12 days of travel! Proximity to downtown and parks was a genuine plus, yet the location is away from the hustle and bustle of town. Our only "complaint" (if you want to call it that) was that the lighting was a little dim inside our particular unit. Maybe a little brighter lighting might help in the bathroom, for sure. Thanks for a great stay. We'll be back!

During our stay, we encountered a compounding series of severe service failures: * Broken Early Check-In Guarantee: The day before arrival, a front desk clerk explicitly guaranteed us an early check-in at noon. We planned our entire travel timeline around this assurance to accommodate our young children. Upon arrival at 12:30pm, we were told the room was not ready and he would call us in 20-30 minutes. We never recieved a call and the room was not ready prior to 4pm. * Out-of-Order Pool and Hot Tub: The pool and hot tub were entirely closed. We chose this hotel specifically so our children could swim in the summer, and we received no prior warning of the closure even when calling for early check-in the day before and requesting a "pool view". * Broken Elevator: The elevator was out of service, causing significant concern as it was reported a guest was stuck in the elevator the day before when it broke. * Pest Infestation: Our first room had an ant infestation. While the front desk staff did move us to a second room, dealing with ants in the bedsheets and on the floor with young children was incredibly stressful. * Unstocked Market Pantry: The hotel pantry was completely unstocked. It did not even have basic bottled water available for purchase during a 90+ degree heatwave. * Lack of Resolution or Accommodation: The front desk staff offered absolutely no solutions. To pay a peak premium price with these incidents- my rating is ZERO stats. Dont stay here!
