A nice historic property. Air conditioning units (one for bedroom and one for sitting room and bathroom) were noisy; the sitting room thermostat was erratic. The 3rd floor building corner unit was subject to some street noise, but in Big Spring this does not last very late; I'm not particularly noise sensitive. The retro bathroom was attractive, but limited by only a very small shelf for toiletries, and a sink incorporated spicket emitting water several inches below the top of the sink. The mid-summer air conditioning performance was good; exceptionally good water pressure. Hotel staff were cordial and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was nothing special, just OK. Meal service was very slow, but that did not bother me much on this particular night.

Air conditioner was very loud I had to turn it off. Hole in drywall in bathroom. Kitchen sink filthy and no dishes or silverware in the kitchenette. A coffee pot with no coffee.

Extremely dirty room and hallways. Dirty sheets, pillows, towels and carpet. Bathroom was nasty. Water leak damage across the walls and ceiling.

The property worked well for as as a stop gap while moving from 1 home to a new one. The room was perfect—very clean, perfect size. The only drawback was the bartender was not very knowledgeable.

Nicest La Quinta I have ever stayed in. Everything was exceptional!!

No towels remote didn't work front desk never helped

The carpet was stained and appeared to not be vacuumed. The couch had stains all over it and it was very broken down.
