Pleasant Hill Vacation Packages

They were in the process of updating at least the hallways. There was no coffee maker available and our key cards stopped working the day before we needed to check out. The AC was loud and didn't cool down the seperated bedroom.

We only stayed for a night, but staff was pleasant The lobby/common area was really nice. Room was large and decorated nicely as well. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. Didn’t use the amenities but would definitely stay here again if in the area.

There's lots to potentially like about this property -- it looks new, was in a charming part of town, had nice amenities around... But it's already showing heavy signs of wear. Could use a little TLC with a scrubber or paint brush. I wouldn't want small maintenance issues to go ignored leading to big maintenance issues.

Hotel mgmt was very helpful. A lovely, clean & pleasant pleasant place to stay. Thank you!

Very not happy with having to pay for parking. Staff were amazing. Access to to sky to get to and from parking garage was aggravating.

Michelle at the front desk was AMAZING. Give that gal a raise! Comfy beds. Nice breakfast. Our room was humid but located across from ice machine and laundry on 3rd floor so perhaps that contributed. Nice stay ceey close to the airport after a long day of flying and appreciated the 1/2 mile proximity!
