Check-in is at 3 PM. And when I got there, my room wasn't ready, and they made me wait another 20 minutes. also, they had the audacity to wake me up the next morning at 9 o'clock. Telling me that checkout is at 11 am. They have no consideration for nobody's time.

Renovated rooms are ok, but basic things like coffee machine, and blow dryer are not provided.
Overall, Staff lacks professionalism.
Food options are ok, but priced pretty high. The best thing about this hotel is its location to the boardwalk and the water park.
