Overall, for the area and type of hotel it was pretty good. The room was clean and spacious. Check in wasn’t great as we just stood there in line with others for 10 min just waiting for someone to show up. Every time I came to the front desk I had to yell out for someone to come to the front desk. The rooftop is ok, nothing spectacular.

Poorly maintained, amenities not as stated. In poor condition.

Nice room in a convenient location. Had a King room. It was right by the elevator so we were worried about noise but it was very quiet. Only thing I didn’t like was the shower lay out. Just a little awkward getting in and out of the shower. Swinging glass door wasn’t the best option in my opinion.

The hotel could definitely use some updating.

Definitely not your typical Hard Rock resort. Check in was easy (only part). Property was clean. Room a/c was out but fixed by nice maintenance person. The carpet in the room had several tears in it (property is only 2 years old). Do not eat at the Hard Rock Cafe. Meal was undercooked badly as well as one of the drinks came with no adult experience. The waiter came by three times and did not ask about the meal until I informed him about one of the drinks condition. He avoided the table often. Staff as a whole was very stand off. Went it the shop next to the Cafe and wife and I were dismissed by the staff. Others came in and were greeted quickly. The Hard Rock resort needs to take some lessons from other resorts like the Hard Rock in Biloxi, MS. That resort sets an atmosphere as well as attentive staff. Would recommend Biloxi but avoid Bristol.
