The shower was barely luke warm. Also, the room we requested got changed from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom (even though we paid in advance). Luckily, the staff was nice enough to comp an additional room, but we still ended up with 2 queens instead of the requested king bed.

This was the best property we have ever stayed in! The room was amazing, I've never seen a room with a counter kitchen, pool/jacuzzi was also great and the lady in the front was super sweet, definitely we are coming back here whenever we are in South Bend!
