Everything was pretty much broken and dirty

The stay was good, clean area, furniture needs to be cleaned like sofas and kitchen chairs. We did have a lot of problems with the door lock which took time away from our stay and outings, had to call corporate to help with codes. Come to find you have to pull the door to you while pushing the lock, otherwise it want lock and you really wouldn't know to do that. We end up late Saturday getting we're we needed to be because of lock.

My room had not been dusted in months. It had filth on the baseboards and the lamp shades. The bed I slept in had a massive dent in the mattress and the sheets were balled and needed to be pitched. The whole property needs a one to over on the cleaning side! I have to admit the eggs were cooked to perfection for powdered egg, so whoever did that did an amazing job! The staff in the morning was definitely nicer, and more pleasant than the staff in the evening.
