The only redeeming quality about this hotel is its waterfront location. The staff are rude. They snuck on a $45 resort fee, despite “all fees and taxes included “- the rooms smell strongly of mildew. We did not have a private balcony. This room was tiny, and smelled and obscenely overpriced for what it was. Disgusting stains on the lamps and nightstands. The complimentary “rum punch” is a joke. How about they keep their rum punch and bottled water, and give me my $45 resort fee. The 4:00 check in time is also absurd. They would not allow us to come in at 3:00 unless we paid a $60 fee!! These people are thieves. I will never again give them my money. Midweek off season- hotel was empty- and you can’t allow me an early chick in unless I give you even MORE of my money??? Never again

Perfect place to get for a quick trip to Providence

Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The customer service was poor, and I did not feel that my concerns were handled with the level of professionalism or attentiveness I expected from a hotel. One of the amenities that was promised with the room was air conditioning, but the AC was not working during my stay. This was especially frustrating because it significantly impacted the comfort of the room and was an amenity I was expecting to have available. I was also surprised and dissatisfied to find that there was no dresser or adequate place to hang clothes. This made it difficult to unpack and organize my belongings during my stay. Overall, between the poor customer service, the lack of working AC, and the limited storage for clothing, I don’t feel that the stay met the expectations set when I booked the room. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements for future guests. I will mention that I did get a partial refund from the hotel but had to reach out numerous times to get it

The bed was awesome! That was the highlight. My criticism is not so much for the property but for Expedia that recommends it as “good for business travel”. It is not — this is a remote place with access to nothing. Uber Eats don’t work, no phone signal, can’t walk to a restaurant…so if you want to completely unplug, this might be a great place. Just don’t count on breakfast, it is bagels and cream cheese or cereal only.
