I absolutely loved the on-site manager. She was super helpful. She mentioned they just took over managing the motel not to long ago and have been working hard to improve the property. It is an older property so don't expect a 5 star resort but on the same hand you aren't paying 5 star prices for a night either. We had a problem with noise from people next door and the manager chick was amazing at getting everything sorted out. We would love to come back again the next time we are passing through!

Beautiful lobby, good bar & restaurant and great location! Per friendly too and easy parking

Beautiful hotel. Awesome location. Great bed and amenities.

Staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great. For the price is a great stay. Clean beds and shower. A bit noisy since it’s by highway.

very nice room but expensive for what it has to offer and location

We have stayed at this Hampton twice previously and this last visit was a completely difference experience. 1) Upon our initial arrival (admittedly early), no staff at the front desk. We waited 10 minutes and when nobody appeared, we decided to come back after regular check-in. 2) When we came back after 4:00 PM, the desk was stull unmanned with a sign to call a specific number for assistance as the staff was "away." When you called that number, the Front Desk phone rang. How does that work? You post a number for the location that you know isn't manned ?!?!? 3) The hotel clearly has a staffing issue. We stayed on the 4th floor and there were full trashbags in the hallway near the elevators. They were there from arrival to departure which tells me that the hallway is not being serviced/monitored or check on by staff or night security. 4) We had a small dog with us. I had called previously to make sure that a pet room had been booked. At no time was a pet fee/deposit disclosed. I was told "All of our rooms are pet-friendly, don't worry about it." No mention of a $75 non-refundable pet fee during that phone call or on the website. This was our third visit after two very good stays. This will be our last as what's the point in spending a few hundred dollars to stay in what is essentially a self-serve experience with undisclosed fees either during booking or when a call is made to verify the pet-friendly status. Very disappointed . . .
