Clean room

This property is set apart with a private entrance. Large house with double sinks and pots, pans, blender and coffee maker .

The hotel is very beautiful, and Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant is excellent. However, my stay was unfortunately ruined by excessive noise from the room next door. When I went up to my room to sleep, the guests next door were playing loud music and making so much noise that it sounded as if they were inside my own room. I called the front desk, and security came upstairs. The guests initially refused to open the door. When they finally did, security gave them a warning. Unfortunately, the noise started again shortly afterward before they eventually quieted down. The same situation happened on the second night as well. It was extremely frustrating and uncomfortable, and I was unable to get a peaceful night’s sleep. I asked the front desk to move me to another room, but my request was refused. Although the hotel itself is beautiful and the restaurant is wonderful, the noise and the lack of assistance in resolving the situation made my stay very disappointing.

The room was extremely cleaned and the housekeeping staff always kept it well stocked with soap, towels etc. This was our first stay and we were extremely happy and plan on going back next year. Everyone who worked there went above and beyond!

Everything inside the unit was clean and well-maintained, with the kitchenette fully equipped and functional, except that you might want to consider bringing or purchasing plastic utensils for convenience. The check-in process was straightforward and hassle-free. Additionally, staying on the first floor was beneficial, especially since the unit is pet-friendly and allows dogs, which made our stay more comfortable.
