Check-in is at 3 PM. And when I got there, my room wasn't ready, and they made me wait another 20 minutes. also, they had the audacity to wake me up the next morning at 9 o'clock. Telling me that checkout is at 11 am. They have no consideration for nobody's time.

I received a beautiful upgrade because it was available for my birthday, The staff came and reminded us to shut our doors just to be safe because our door was left a crack open. I was traveling with children and the option of three pools was very nice lots to do at the Trop ;)

Everything was clean and the room was better than expected for the price. The only real issue was the lack of hot water. It was either not shower at all or take a cold shower. First morning we took cold showers. Second morning since we were headed right home we opted no shower until we got home. Told front desk. They seemed not to care or not understand?
