Efficient & friendly with partial sea view and decent pool

Room: clean, comfortable and nice patio space Staff: excellent, very helpful and lovely, if there was a problem they sorted it. Breakfast: great selection for breakfast, was a yummy experience in the morning, always looked forward to it. (Note this is a very relaxing and slower pace, there is no rush at this breakfast) Location: it is in the middle of no where with not much around, we had a hire car and good job as you need to drive everywhere. It is close to the local town which is only 12 minutes taxi for €15, on an interesting road. Amenities: there isn’t much other than a lovely pool area and lots of sun beds available, there is a very small outdoor fitness area but it needs some attention. The sunset bar is nice but it’s is a walk and wear flat shoes. Overall it’s a lovely country retreat which is very peaceful and relaxing.

Amagatay is a peaceful oasis in rural Menorca. The hotel and surrounding grounds are stunning. We both felt incredibly relaxed after a spending a couple of days there in the tranquil setting. The service was excellent, with the friendly staff always on hand to help or provide recommendations. My partner had a massage there and said it was one of the best she ever had. Finally we were blown away by the food, which was a particular highlight! We ate at both restaurants on site - the grill at Sua was amazing, with an intimate setting in the vegetable garden and top-class steak. Similarly, the tasting menu at El Olivar was incredible and one of our favourite meals of the trip. This hotel is a real hidden gem - we can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic hotel, the suite with roof top hot tub was incredible. Amazing cocktails at the pool bar. Will definitely stay here again.

Cannot fault this hotel. All the staff are genuinely friendly and made sure everything was going well with our stay. Food was good and varied for all meals. Pool area was nice and without a fight for a sunbed every day. The views over the bay are stunning, we will return again for sure.

Loved our week spent here. It's perfectly placed for exploring the island, but also an amazing place to relax. Great care is put into maintaining the flora & fauna - the ambiance is amazing! A really friendly hard working team, up at dawn to make everything perfect. Thank you.
