Aye Stay is a contactless / self-service hotel in a large home in a quiet neighborhood just off the River Ness, all walkable to the train station and downtown. Rooms were en suite (each with their own restroom and shower). Our room was 1 full bed (parents) and 2 twins beds (2 teenagers). There was plenty of room for luggage and plenty of plug ins for phones, etc. Bedding was crisp, clean and white, with white fluffly towels in the restroom. They also provided drinking water and makings for hot tea and cookies. There were several sitting areas on the main level, which we used for relaxing. There was also a small communal kitchen with stove and sink (which we didn't use). Would highly recommend and use again!

Amazing place, very very nice

Best hotel experience. The entire staff was so attentive and nice. Rooms were fantastic and buffet was delicious. Afternoon tea was the cherry on top. Absolutely loved this hotel!

Hotel room was modern and clean can’t fault, breakfast on the other hand was not so good , £12 for a fry up….pricey and not good, the fried egg was burnt the potato scone was like rubber and the haggis was all mush, came on a rectangle plate not round or square, not fit for purpose, whoever the cook is needs to learn how to fry an egg. I would stay at the hotel again and go for breakfast somewhere else.

A very enjoyable & relaxing stay. Could have been more vegetarian dining options. Extra cost of £35 per dog per night is very steep!!
