Room was clean, bed was very uncomfortable

The floors in the rooms were glued down pergo floors. Ours must have had water damage because the floors were buckled and squeaked and creaked from being warped.

The Inn is located in an older manse with all kinds of period character. The room itself was large. Parking might be a challenge although it was easy for us. We walk a lot so the 2+ miles to the waterfront were not a problem but I would caution anyone with mobility challenges. The staff/owner is very helpful and put on a good breakfast. We would stay again.

Horrible! Read the other reviews. This is common. My room was confirmed 7 days in advance. WorldMark sent multiple emails looking forward to my stay. Even the day before. When I fly in and check-in at the desk they tell me they overbooked and canceled my room. The staff was unwilling to help. They gave me an 800 number to call and said to call them. I had a meeting scheduled in 30 minutes and no time to find another hotel. They do this often based on reviews. I would not gamble booking a reservation here until they learn to treat customers better. They even emailed me thanking me for staying with them and asking for feedback...unbelievable.

The room on the other side of the courtyard was a bit noisy from cleaning trucks running back and forth. Other than that its location, staff, and cleaness was great.

Great location in downtown Seattle with easy access to the Westlake Center and Link station.
