We were on 2nd floor but no elevator!!!!! Continental bkfst was fine. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Happy to see not all the pillows were fat, as I like a flat one. First time staying in a hotel that’s part of a truck stop. Many truckers and motorcycles. Everyone was polite.

The rooms were clean and the beds were a little soft but otherwise comfortable. The breakfast was a basic continental breakfast with make your own waffles, bagels/muffins, hot/cold cereals, yogurt, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs and hot beverages.

The staff was very helpful, the room was large and had good kitchen.

We had such a wonderful stay! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautiful, and every staff member we encountered was so friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Aiden, who checked us in. He happens to be a student at the same university my daughter is headed to, and he was so sweet to her and gave her some great advice about the school. It made her feel even more excited about what’s ahead! And the kindness didn’t stop there. When my daughter got a flat tire outside the hotel, the manager and a maintenance team member actually came out and helped change her tire. We were so grateful for their kindness and going above and beyond to help us. What an amazing experience from start to finish. We will absolutely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The last time we were here was ‘98 and the room we stayed in this time (single queen lodge) was absolutely gross! Nothings been updated. The bed-you roll to the middle, stuff on the main comforter and underneath, I put my beach towel and blanket on the bed/pillow (3 flat pancakes)to sleep, hair in the fridge, toilet/shower area had hair on the floor. My husband found a toenail next to the toilet , puke! Said the restaurant was closed 2 of the days we were going to be there so we brought food to use the bbqs! Oh wait- they are only charcoal and there was a burn ban. If we could have used charcoal it’s 30 miles away to get it. And don’t forget, the Lodge isn’t affiliated with Lolo Hot springs- heard that several times, we get it but you’re in the same parking lot, you’d think they’d have some info! Stayed 3 nights (unfortunately) and never got one offer to clean or take the trash, that you have to walk away to dump yourself. Staff said they would be cleaning that evening but never heard anything from them. Continental breakfast- would have been decent if there would have been anything available. We honestly don’t need the BEST hotel but we paid almost $200 a night and SO disappointed, staff just shrugged their shoulders and said “we’re a staff of 5…” Won’t ever go back unfortunately:/

We have stayed at Nine Pipes every summer for the last 5 yrs. When I saw these cabins and realized they were owned by nine pipes I thought we would give them a try. The night we checked in it was late and we walked in and the cabin and it looked cute! We walked into the bathroom and quickly realized there were spiders all over the bathroom. We killed at least 15 spiders that night. We went to bed and when we got up again there was more spiders
