We love staying here when passing through Sioux City. Friendly staff, fun place with the casino, good options to eat.

Checked in to this beautiful property. And come to find out hot tub is closed due to maintenance. Really on a Friday night, was told that it would be back open at 6am. It wasn't we sat down there till 8am, nothing! We packed up and left. Will know next time to call first.

Very clean and friendly - close to lots of restaurants, nice small pool

The toilet did not work right had to keep taking the lid off the back to push the rubber flapper down & the water kept running slowly through it all night because the flapper didn’t seal properly. It was annoying. Told the clerk about it & he didn’t even say he was sorry about it.

Large room with kitchen

The people working at the front desk were so nice and helpful. I truly appreciated them and what they were doing. The room on the other hand was dirty and the water was luke warm. The shower was gross and had holes in the wall from where the handle was supposed to be. There were stains on the sheets and the furniture. Only one of the lamps worked and only one of the bedside outlets was functional. I feel bad leaving this review because the people at the front desk were so nice, but I do want others to know what they are getting when they check in. Loved the people, but probably wouldn't stay again.
