Very clean rooms, extremely helpful staff with quick check-in. Excellent breakfast as well. One minor critique, it would be good if they had a little store to buy water, snacks etc. The only option is vending machines and they were out of order.

It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton

No one was at the front desk when I arrived at 3:15 pm, so I had to ring the bell to get assistance. The bed sheets had black marks on them, and the padded bench in the room looked heavily soiled. Starting around 5 pm and continuing well past 8 pm, there was constant loud yelling and other disruptive noises coming from the room next door. After 9 pm I requested a refund because I could no longer stay, but the hotel declined. I contacted Expedia, who initially indicated a refund would be processed, yet later the hotel refused again and only a small credit was offered instead. Stay at your own risk — I would not recommend this property based on the cleanliness and noise issues.
