Bug infestation all over our suite.

Everything was beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the rooms were quiet (for downtown). The staff was nice and the restaurant was good. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

Clean and brand new pet friendly apartment in a safe neighborhood. Also has a nice pool.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are well kept. The Dove toiletries are great in the bathroom. Only negative was the toilet seat was barely attached and slid around and I had to ask for extra washcloths as I prefer a fresh one daily. Food and drinks (Happy Hour and specials) are nice after a long day at the hospital. Have stayed here twice and am booked again at the end of the month for another hospital visit. Valet parking only is a negative so I use the Cleveland Clinic parking garage for $12/day vs. the $26/day valet only at the hotel. There’s a shuttle to the clinic if needed, but it’s a nice walk if the weather is good.
