Hotel was very clean and in a wonderful area of the city. Close to restaurants and attractions.

We arrived late, nearly midnight, and were kindly greeted by the staff member at checkin. Our room was great - very spacious and incredibly clean. We both enjoyed breakfast the next morning. Only regret was that our stay was short - we will definitely keep this hotel on our list if our travels bring us back to the area.

The bathroom ceiling paint was cracked and peeling. The refrigerator worked very well and clean. Only one elevator was in service during my stay. I feel the Expedia reservation needs to do a better effort in clarifying which Hawthorn Extended Stay hotel is being reserved. There is an older property in Saint Clairsville, Ohio and a newer property in Triadelphia, WV. Saint Clairsville Ohio is 18 miles from the newer West Virginia hotel. Please be clear on future reservations. This location error seems to happen often

The only issue I had with the property was the parking, everything else was very nice
