I did not like thst they did not provide a bath rag. Breakfast could be better in variety even though it was continental, more protein could have been given.

The bed was fine, but the closet and the floor were quite dirty. There was also an unpleasant smell in my room.

Great Presence, Way too busy with so many employees running around. Front Desk had ample English Speaking colleagues and they were very helpful. That being said, We had to ask for extra pillows and towels Twice (Not a good trait for a 4-Star Hotel), One of the light fixtures was broken (A fire hazard), Couldn't unplug one of the bathroom sinks, Mattresses were Average, the pullout bed leaves something to be desired for. Checkout process was smooth, Getting the car back, now that was Interesting!! I gave the woman the ticket, the porter brought all of the luggage out. I told the woman I was going inside and will watch for the vehicle that didn't show up for at least 10 minutes. Turns out, she put the key back on the hook (REALLY?). The porter know one of the valet people and asked him directly, the woman gave the key and the vehicle showed up 2 minutes later. And, we tipped everyone well!!.. Breakfast Buffet was top notch!. Great selections and very attentive staff.

This place was absolutely ADORABLE and AMAZING to stay in! From the moment I booked, I knew I had made the right choice. They immediately thanked me for choosing them, and their communication was outstanding from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and made the entire process stress-free. The night before check-in, they sent detailed instructions, so I knew exactly what to expect. When we arrived, we were greeted by a representative from the building who personally checked us in and escorted us to the elevator. We stayed in Apartment 11F, and let me tell you—it was even cuter than the pictures! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with just about everything you could need for a comfortable vacation. One of my favorite features was that it had TWO bathrooms! That’s almost unheard of for a one-bedroom apartment and was one of the biggest reasons I booked it. (Just remember to pack your own washcloths and a towel for the pool.) The location couldn’t have been better. There’s a casino directly across the street, and you’ll find restaurants, cafés, and plenty of places to eat in every direction you walk. We felt safe exploring the area, and honestly, Panama as a whole made us feel very comfortable. If you’re thinking about booking this place, DO IT! You won’t regret it. The hospitality, cleanliness, location, and overall experience were top-notch. I’ll definitely be looking for this host anytime I vacation overseas again. They truly made
