Staff was professional, quick and informative. Room was clean, beds comfortable. View from room was cute, continental breakfast. Parking was sufficient considering we stayed during Jeep week. Close to many restaurants, shops and the aquarium. 10 or so minute walk to all amenities. Very pleased with the experience. Would book again.

THIS IS MY SECOND TIME HERE. I'VE ENJOYED BOTH VISITS. THIS TIME, HOWEVER, I DIDNT SEE THE BEARS. I THINK MY TIMING WAS JUST OFF! CANT WAIT TO COME AGAIN

The property management provided a surprise breakfast basket, which we ended up using as a lunch when visiting the Biltmore estate. Still very thoughtful. They had a wine social every evening, and the doors open to a community park which had a drum circle running on one of the evenings of our stay. They also have a rooftop bar which has excellent views of the mountains. The ONLY negative was that Asheville has an unhoused persons problem, and they can be quite aggressive in seeking aid.

Entry areas, hallways and room carpeted real high appeal. I stayed earlier and hence chose to return. The pool areas were attractive too from a distance. I had booked 2 rooms. One my extended family stayed reported no issues. The room I stayed was miserable. We arrived midnight and slept right away exhausted from a 6 hour drive. hence there was no chance to see them before hand. Ac was barely cooling. I suspected before getting into bed but being exhausted didn’t report it to get fixed. My wife reported very poor drainage in tub; first to use next morning. It was not intuitive for operation. For her coffee machine didn’t work. Went to get ice: that machine didn’t work. As I exited I reported to the staff. Staff were very listening. Things we needed didn’t support us. Everything else working we didn’t use apparently were wrong such as pool and breakfast.
