The office doubles as a drive thru liquor store which seems pretty cool until you realize there’s no ice machine and if you want ice you have to purchase from the liquor store. No chairs in the rooms. Barely any storage for clothes or anything in the rooms. No breakfast, no phones in the room , so no wake up call. There was a tire swing that was pretty cool and a nice cool lil area for grillin but otherwise I wouldn’t stay here again. Oh and the light in the bathroom stopped working.. no it wasn’t the bulb it would flicker sometimes. But eventually stopped working. But again, no phone in the room to call and let them know. And the floors were not clean

The TV Was not working

Everything was fine except an inconvenience that was caused by the cleaning people and they had it fixed right away. I’m going back next week, hopefully that is not happening again.

The staff was the best part of the stay. I booked a total of 3 rooms for my son’s graduation. 1 on the rooms did not have a working tv or any shower amenities (i.e. soap, shampoo, or conditioner). I had to use a hotel cup to get the shower gel from over the sink when showering. All 3 rooms smelled a bit moldy.

My hotel room bathroom had a broken metal soap holder in the shower, along with a broken bar aid for sitting and standing, along with white caulking everywhere, except where it was supposed to be. There were cracks in the bathroom ceiling near the fan. There’s a crack in the sink. There was nasty stuff by the faucet. There was no closet. The included breakfast that the hotel offered was limited yogurt, muffins, and water. The coffee near the front entrance was stale. I was charged a $30 fee for early check in. Room keys didn’t work consistently, and had to be replaced. The gym had a bike that was nearly falling apart and speared to be a hazard. My parents had a separate room which smelled especially musty when we first entered it. Their room had a broken bathroom pocket door. My Aunt was also charged a $30 early check in fee. Overall, this place deserves a rating of 0. It was not a pleasant stay, and forced all to endure this while attempting to enjoy our Son/Grandson/Nephew’s College graduation. This is my 2nd stay at a Wyndham owned hotel in my 53 years of life, with the first being approximately 9 years ago. This reminded me why I haven’t returned here. I won’t be staying at a Wyndham owned property again.
