The character of the place is lovely. Restaurant is charming, great staff and food. Rooms are not big but they are immaculate and full of character.

We only stayed for the one night but enjoyed this hotel! Close to amenities, clean, very comfortable beds, welcoming and helpful staff as well! The parking garage is a bit pricey ($32) but totally understandable given the location and other prices in the area for parking! Other than that I recommend this hotel to anyone

No blinds on one window, noisy air conditioning and hall ways. Not a good sleep.

The AC in my room was not working. It was a hot summer day and the temperature displayed at the thermostat was 23 degrees celcius. Couldn't sleep most of the night as the room was hot. No help from front desk

Very noisy on 1st floor. Could also even hear through the walls between rooms.

Very spacious suite with a comfortable bed and living room. The hotel is within easy walking distance of downtown sights and a great variety of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again to explore more of Ottawa.

The hotel was awesome , the front desk , and the guys from the breakfast too.
