The room to old , I can't see the ocean , because the window to high , no back door . Not happy at all .

Great location, excellent helpful staff, good price and glamping was fun. Loved the little chickens that visited.

Room was average. Receptacles were insufficient and some did not work. Coffee machine was tricky to get to work properly. TV is way too small. Some channels had parental lock passwords on them and front desk did not know how to access them. Staff was helpful providing fireplace logs. Restaurant food was amazing (and expensive), but service was way under par. Some noisy customers were making a scene and had to be removed. It was a 4-th of July weekend so it was non-stop fireworks and show right in front of our room's balcony on the beach-and we are not complaning here-it was fun. Hotel spa did not have locker rooms ready (repair), hot tub was semi-broken, but sauna and pool were great.

We showed up and the room was not ready or cleaned. It looked like someone had just left. We reached out over and over to the staff and they kept making promises they did not keep. I was even hung up on. Overall this was the worst experience of my life with this type of stay, which was not cool seeing as the entire Holiday weekend stay was setup as a surprise/gift for my wife’s birthday! Surprise honey we get to stay in a dirty room and get treated like we are the problem with horrible customer service. In fairness they did clean the room but it wasn’t ready to be occupied until 10pm that night! Absolutely unbelievable. Still can’t even believe it. Soo frustrating and disappointing. I have no more words honestly.

The place was beautiful. The flowers, sauna, pool amd ocean are a plus! This is the oldest standing hotel in Washington. The rooms are so cool! The staff is super nice, the pub/bar was awesome. The balcony views were great. The room was clean. Ps. Its haunted
