Red Deer Vacation Packages

Le spa était bien et propre. Hôtel âgée mais bien entretenue.

Delightful 2 bedroom condo. Had the kitchen and bath supplies needed for a pleasant stay. Staff was very helpful and had bear spray for us to take on our hikes. Underground parking a plus!

Hotel needs some upgrades, but it’s still nice. We had a kitchenette in our room and it was a nice perk to have. Quiet area and well located.

Location great, check-in good

It was close to the venue we had to attend. The hallway to the room was filthy! Huge stains in the flooring all along the hall. Paper pealing off of the walls, gouges in the walls, our room door was beaten so bad there was gouges of paint removed. The hallway smelled of years old smoke very strong and nauseating. When we entered the “secured” building the side door was wide open for many hours, when entering/exiting the elevator we were met with huge laundry carts full of soiled linen. And garbage piled in the corner. We were told that because we were staying for 3 nights we would not have any cleaning service, we had exactly two towels two face clothes and two hand towels, for three nights. One caffeinated and one decaf coffee pod. The TV and the device charging area didn’t work. The only plus was the room was clean. There was barely enough room for one toiletry bag at the sink and only a holding area in the shower for one bar of soap. Keep in mind this was a $350 a night room. The advertising said resort at best our building and room was a 2 star and that is being generous. We did have to request towels and more coffee which was delivered quickly after I complained. The TV and charging area was also fixed quickly. For the $$$ charged our expectations of a resort were not met. I do have a video of the hallway and how badly it was maintained, this was a $89 a night facility
