The quoted price did not include an additional 20% for local taxes and parking (It has a gigantic lot, with ample spaces so why charge for parking? Also, who isn't driving to this location? Seems like a forced ransom.).

Lovely upstairs apartment with good views. The area is very new so it hasn’t fully developed its own character, but there is a branch of Sparrow for coffee and treats as well as a cozy wine bar next door. It’s not cheap, but it’s a good location if you’re in town for business.
