Chosen for its convenient location to USC, would definitely good back for its friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was warm and delicious and the ever essential coffee was plentiful. The hot shower was also very welcome!

It is incredibly frustrating to pay premium rates only to feel completely shortchanged by basic or lacking amenities. The Overrated Basics: Extras like mediocre complimentary breakfasts or the cramped fitness center in my opinion was used to artificially inflate a hotel’s star tier and price tag, even if they add zero practical value to our stay. We should not be paying over a thousand dollars for a basic hotel.

The rooms were cozy. There was free coffee, tea and water in the hall. The hotel was very efficient and the food in the restaurant was delicious - I still think about the hot chili oil avocado toast and the blood orange cocktail with tajine. Loved staying there. We thought it was worth a little splurge.
