Upon arrival to the property and checking in the service desk was okay (not as friendly) when it comes to customer service. She did let us know when and where breakfast was served and how to find our room. The hallways, elevators were clean and upon entering the room it appears clean at a glance. However, the floors still had traces of small trash debris and we notices that one of the window curtains was too uneven. Other than that everything else seemed great. We enjoyed our lake view as well. The exercise room and pool was nice. Breakfast was pleasant and presented well. The second and last day service desk representative (morning shift) was phenomenal. She provided exceptional customer service and was always friendly. The parking is convenient as well. Overall great stay.
