It was a great place! The front desk people were so friendly and did great!Just a few issues with the wifi and the elevator when I was there. I was a little pissed about the WiFi situation because there was a daily rate for it. But overall it was a great place and closer to most of the things I had going on

We were very pleased with our two night stay at this lovely resort. The location was perfect. We enjoyed our balcony overlooking the river. The only mild disappointment was the air conditioner wasn’t working very well but it was such nice and cool weather that we left the balcony door open to let the cool breeze in. Overall we were pleased with our stay!

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to be able to make meals there if we wanted to. Check in was super easy and straight forward despite being a self-check in system. It exceeded expectations and made my vacation one that I will never forget. Also the communication with the team was excellent, any time I had an issue it was easily resolved.

The Hotel Granada was a nice average hotel. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful with things that we needed. The outside courtyard was enjoyable, wish the weather was a bit warmer in the evenings when we were there. The room was adequate and decent. Great proximity to the Marta station. There was just nothing that stood out to make us want to go back when we go to Atlanta again.

The facilities in the aesthetics were excellent. The staff rooms as well as room presentations were above expectations.
