Staff was welcoming. Continental breakfast was above average. We stayed in a 2bdr/2ba suite and just had a couple of minor annoyances with the room. The shower head was seemingly broken and there was cardboard folded and wedged in so that it would stay on the rod. If you touched it at all, it'd just fall off. The sink sprayer also did not stay up at the base of the faucet - it just dangled there in the sink. It made it a slight pain to do dishes. Neither problem was the end of the world, but attention to detail and the little things can be impacted. Upon checking in (stayed Wed-Mon), we had asked for room cleanings (towels, bedding, and trash) for Friday and Sunday. They only did that Friday. We had to call the front desk for towels ourselves after getting back to the room from a full day of being in 100 degree weather and sweating to find we had no clean laundry. Again, not the end of the world but it caused disappointment after having a much better experience there the year prior.

I liked everything except that the air conditioner in the hotel hallway was too cold

The rooms were extremely clean, staff was very informative and helpful, the breakfast was great and was the deal breaker along with the hygiene of this place. This place is a 10/10

We traveled with four kids. There was a noticeable lack of other children around. However the property was prepared to have them around. There was an entire play room with brand new puzzles and gently used toys to play with. The pool was usually fairly empty so my kids had fun there. The basketball court was generally empty as well. We got a lot of use out of all three spaces. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the coffee shop downstairs was a frequent stop as well.

Excellent service. Room was fantastic with an incredible view of the city. Definitely worth every penny! Will go back for sure!

View was beautiful, accommodations were excellent.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very nice. Great location..not to far from restaurant, stores or Hwy. However the room air conditioner was not working properly. I had it set for 68 degrees (Mind you it was 89+ multiple days while there) and the room never got below 73 which still felt warm. Maintenance was called but didn't really fix the issue. It only drop 1 degree. I traveled with family and 1 other family member had the same issue with their room, but had fans they brought from home so it wasn't a really big deal for them. Overall I would recommend the hotel but will suggest a room switch if the ac isn't working. I didn't request a different room because I was only there for 2 nights.

I understand it was a crowded week during peak summer bookings, but I found Hotel Felix to be below average on the cleanliness scale and was dissatisfied by the general hospitality of the front desk. I arrived at 1pm for my 3pm check in which was no problem for me to drop my bag and kill two hours in the city. I just wish the check in staff at least wrote down my name so that my room would have been ready around 3 when I came back. Instead I had to sit for nearly an hour in the lobby where the AC was either out or barely working during a severe heatwave while my room was still being prepared. Once I arrived to my room after waiting for it to be cleaned, I spotted a pair of used underwear in the room. I had no time to call and have them reclean on the spot since I had plans in the evening, but I notified the front desk on my way out and they stated that the cleaning crew was on their way out for the day. It was disappointing that they didn’t offer another room or waive the “urban fee”. I asked they at least send fresh sheets and towels up, which they did deliver, but the whole encounter gave me a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the stay. I also requested that they clean my room each night, but they only cleaned once. The room itself was fine and location was perfect for what I needed but I would not stay here again.
