Very good, quirky and funky boutique hotel. Artistic and theatrical theme with a few Dr. Who style lights. Fun. Nice room with street views. Comfortable. Good location downtown. Everything accessible. Staff recommended affordable overnight parking nearby. Only complaint — shower pressure was weak. But wonderful overall and will return.

Very clean hotel with an excellent downtown location. Everything was spotless, and it was easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, and major attractions. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

Great location. Apartment was well appointed and in a great location. We were able to walk out metro any where we wanted to go. Highly recommended

The property is ultra convenient with the entrance right on Jacques Cartirer Square. There IS an elevator. The one bedroom unit we had was very spacious with excellent AC, a waher dryer and modern kitchen. The view is onto the back alley, but this wasn't a concern for us. There can be a bit of carryover noise from other units, but not so intense that we were concerned. We would very gladly book another stay at this property.

It was a horrible experience. Contact with the hotel was non existent. We booked then had to rebook a new hotel because we didn’t receive check in instructions as it was self check in and there was nobody at the actual property. Then they refused to refund me after the fact. Do not book this hotel.

L’hôtel est bien situé, les lieux sont généralement propres et l’endroit est beau. Les employés ont aussi été serviables lorsqu’on leur a demandé de l’aide. Cela dit, notre expérience globale n’a malheureusement pas été à la hauteur. La première chambre était extrêmement chaude, sans climatisation, et les fenêtres ne pouvaient pas s’ouvrir. J’ai appris par la suite que cette chambre aurait normalement dû être équipée de trois ventilateurs, alors qu’il n’y en avait qu’un seul. À cette température, il était très difficile d’y dormir (32-35 degrés celcius). Nous avons finalement été transférés dans une autre chambre au même étage, avec un lit et un divan-lit, ainsi qu’une fenêtre qui pouvait s’ouvrir. Cette chambre était beaucoup plus confortable avec le ventilateur et la fenêtre grande ouverte. Nos bagages avaient aussi été transférés comme convenu, ce qui a été apprécié. Cependant, il manquait trois serviettes, et la douillette disponible pour le divan-lit était sale. J’ai dû retourner à l’accueil pour obtenir une douillette propre et des draps. La douche offrait également une eau particulièrement froide. En résumé, l’emplacement est excellent, les lieux sont généralement propres et le personnel a tenté d’être aidant, mais l’accumulation de petits problèmes et l’inconfort lié à la chaleur ont rendu le séjour plutôt décevant.

A friendly and helpful staff made my stay there most excellent. I would have preferred a genuine brass room key. And one for the front door as well. But that's the modern world I guess. In any case the hotel was very nice and I love the neighborhood.
