Once a historical icon, now a convenient landmark. Super comfy bed. Staff is always polite. Some technical glitches occur from time to time (this not being my first visit here), but overall, the downtown convenience is tough to beat.

Paid so much money got charged US currency and no free breakfast find any other hotel run not worth the money

It's not in a fantastic area, but the staff kept the inside of the hotel safe and clean. They were all lovely to talk with and they were quite helpful with directing me around the neighbourhood

Well, at 6:30 in the evening, the maintenance man is in banging on my door, wanting to vacuum my room when I just got in there for an hour wasn’t pleased with that

The staff was very nice and the location was very convenient but the hotel is a bit dated and the walls are very very thin. We were woken up in the morning by our neighbour moving around in his room and fell asleep listening to him snore. At times it even sounded like they were in the same room as us.

It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton
