Christophe and his family were amazing hosts. The breakfast was incredible and fit for a king. The grounds, room and pool were decorated beautifully and very well maintained. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend this place.

Muy buena atención al cliente, en especial en recepción del town center, muy buen trato en todo, la comida muy buena y en general todo bien.

Día 1 : hacer check-in tomo 45 minutos , hora de la cena no llegaba a la mesa a ofrecer las bebidas nos tocó un cubierto sucio. El joven del bar la actitud debe mejorar . Día 2 : hacer la reservación en un restaurante es imposible el día que pedimos solo nos dieron hasta las 9:30 pm para cenar como diciendo no queremos que vayan. La barra de postres debería mejorar. Día 3: para reservar restaurante es mejor hacerlo presencial porque si llamas no te contesta nadie a los número que indican. El bar de snacks nunca lo encontramos o escuchamos que estaba abierto. Día 4: 5 am un escándalo a la par de nuestra habitación. En general las señoras que hacen la limpieza de las habitaciones tienen mejor actitud que las personas que trabajan en restaurantes y bares. Considero que el hotel tiene que mejorar en algunas cosas.

This is a very nice place for people with kids or want to party all day long. Noises all day long, no matter where you go. Very loud music, animation, group events and ongoing constructions. In fact, it was so loud, we couldn't hear the big excavator working right next to us at the beach chair. The food at the buffet is good, lots a options and fresh, but the restaurant doesn't worth the time you have to spend to book a table. You can get almost the same food at the buffet. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
