Roberts Landing Vacation Packages

When you first walk in the hotel looks nice. But then the doors to the outside are broken and the key card machine was broken. The hallway smelled of cat urine and was disgustingly filthy. Got the to the room and the toilet paper holder was broken. Half the lamps didn't work. The TV didn't work!! The plug in either didn't work or made your phone charger so hot it's lucky that it didn't explode. They only had a thin blanket on the bed. One bed had 3 pillows the other only 2. The room had and oder of being old and musty. They had people living there stating that they just did a week to week accommodations. But I seen in windows where people had decorations up on the walls. They need to decide if they want to be a hotel or an apartment complex because they can't be both.

Room was greatly clean. Check in staff was very helpful. This hotel is so beautiful. I always enjoy my stay over here.
