This place is just creepy and inefficient, which is ironic because they think they are being “creative and forward thinking”. In short, this is what a hotel would be if AI created it with out any human influence. First of all there is not a living soul working at the place. No front desk, no people at all. They indicate they will send you a “door code” thirty minutes prior to your check in time and a front door code as well. However, I never received it, and had to call after hours to get it and of course only AI answered, and was zero help. A guy (45 minutes later) apparently was alerted and I was finally sent my room code. Apparently (according to my Uber driver) the building was a church that someone purchased in order to to make it into a chic place to stay. Like most of these ventures the rooms are forced and have no natural light flow or lighting other than lamps. The decor throughout the building is ok at first glance, (many books and board games and hanging chairs etc) but it became very obvious that despite the attempt To arm warm, homey and inviting, it’s in fact a sterlile waste land of modernity. Again, it was if AI created this entire place and is now wondering “why don’t people love me?” It’s because it’s all fake and lacks soul. Oh and the WiFi didn’t work and the restaurant that was suppose to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner was never inhabited by a single person. In fact, I never saw a person on the property at all but me. They don’t have a pool

Our first family vacay to the Destin area, will be back but will not stay here again. The good- rooms and amenities were clean and well maintained, awesome pools/hot tub and great access to the beach. The bad- rooms were outdated, half the outlets didn't work, not much lighting, rooms small and no modern way to charge phones, ipads, etc. They boast all these pools and outdoor amenities but have a terrible pool towel policy...you're only allowed one clean pool towel per person per day, but they don't actually keep track, instead the staff interrogates your towel usage like its coming out of their personal paycheck...i literally had to beg for fresh towels daily so it didn't feel like a classy resort, more like a cheap motel. We ran completely out of our one roll of toilet paper halfway through the week and when I asked the front desk for a roll she looked in a cabinet that clearly had several rolls, turned back around and said sorry I don't have any but MAYBE she could get housekeeping to bring me a roll? I told her I saw it but ok and walked away, her coworker ran me down to apologize and give me a roll anyway. Half the staff is oddly rude, the other half sincerely apologetic...it was odd and definitely brought down the whole experience there. If you're looking for quiet accommodations I would look elsewhere...they do alot of party music by the pools, live music right outside the rooms, which was fun if you're into that. I just have mixed feelings on the place.

Relaxing stay. Good amenities. Breakfast hours could start later as vacationers with kids are usually not up at 6:30 am. By 9:00 am, breakfast items were mostly all out.

The check-in process and automatic locks at the property were very confusing. I could not get through to an actual person. Also, the access to the beach is not nearly as close as it looks on a map. Other than that, it’s a beautiful property, with nice accommodations.

Was wonderful. Very clean! Everything made us happy!

The condo is overlooking the beach and a has a great view. The nice thing is that you get two free chairs with an umbrella with your stay.
